Randy has over 20 years of experience in the appliance industry, specializing in technical diagnostics, customer support, and service operations.
Randy also brings extensive industry knowledge, problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceptional service that will make him a valued resource for clients and partners alike.
He will be stating with PRO-PLUS in the parts department ordeing parts, and building systems to
deliver elevated service to customers.
His addition to the company should help the technicians with facilitating the processing of parts orders, along with alleviating parts procurement challenges.
Michael the director of engineering at the University Club called me to report how very impressed and satisfied he is with Junior’s professionalism, his workmanship and his overall approach to his work when working at the club. He also went on to say that Junior’s reports at the end of every repair are very clear and understanding. As per Michael these qualities are very much welcoming and refreshing. Junior is copied so that he is aware of this feedback from the Club.

Also of course our service management team has also been doing a great job and compliment have been coming in about them.Upper management and ownership are very aware and appreciative of those that contribute to our growth and success.

Angela Insinga

My name is Angela Insinga . I am the newly appointed Accounts Receivables Manager.
I grew up in Cedarhurst, NY and attended Stonybrook University.
I have been a Massapequa Park resident for the past 18 years. Wife and mother of 2 wonderful girls.
I spent the past 4 years with a staffing agency as the Financial Administrative Assistant.
My primary task was accounts receivable. I managed the AR for all clients.
Prior to that, I worked for a collection agency for 10 years. The first 5 years were spent as a collection coordinator.
I was then promoted to client services where I worked with clients directly.
I am very excited to have joined Pro-Tek NY. I look forward to utilizing my past experience to complete tasks at hand as well as taking on new challenges and
expanding my own knowledge and abilities.
Best Regards,
Angela Insinga

Nextech Family,
Nextech, our parent company, would like to make you aware of a tragic event that took place earlier this week. Regrettably, one of our technicians was involved in a fatal vehicle accident. I speak for everybody here at Nextech when I say that we care deeply about our field teams, and this loss hurts.
As we walk toward healing together, I hope we can remember that road safety is foundational to our jobs. From the start of your van’s engine to ignition shut off, we must all agree on this truth: Driving safety is as important as climbing a ladder or de-energizing a unit. Just as we take precautions when climbing a ladder rung by rung, we must take every step to avoid distracted driving.
Summer is upon us, and the call to drive safely only grows more crucial. Days are longer, heat can be unforgiving, and fatigue can lead to poor judgment. Use this time to recommit to our safety protocols, driving safely and undistracted.
We appreciate you and want to make sure you get home safely every day.
